Bio: Gail is a 3x-certified coach and financial healer for individuals; a conscious investor; and advisor to regenerative investing funds. Her mission is to accelerate the connection of humanity with money, to catalyse “money flowing to what matters, money as medicine.”
An honours graduate of the Wharton Business School, she started her career at Morgan Stanley advising financial services and technology firms in USA, UK and Southeast Asia on over $10Bn of M&A and capital-raises, and was promoted twice in a recession.
She began coaching purposeful leaders in 2010 and founded her practice, Live True, in 2016. Gail guides her clients to elevate their self-worth and their net-worth, integrating what matters to them into their money decisions. With her, they begin investing; upgrade their careers; negotiate unemployment or business separations; recover from burnout; fundraise for their business; and navigate other high-stakes life decisions… while honouring their lived experience and values.
Trained in multiple coaching certifications, Gail's approach is practical and trauma-informed. She brings compassion and safety to difficult conversations and sparks profound healing and powerful insight. She supports clients to take transformative actions that create breakthroughs and sustained behaviour change, building rich lives they love and elevating their self-leadership.
As a gender-lens investor in Southeast Asia, Gail has led angel syndicates and founded a venture capital firm backing diverse founders. Her private portfolio is over ¾ women-led and/or impact-driven, and she actively seeks out ventures that heal systemic injustices and build a sustainable and equitable world.
