Bio: I'm a licensed clinical social worker (LCSW-C) specializing in relational trauma, anxiety, codependency, and PTSD. In 25 years of practice, I've noticed something: clients will share their deepest wounds but struggle to talk about money. That's why I became a Trauma of Money™ certified therapist—to bridge the gap between trauma therapy and financial healing. I help adults understand how their early experiences shaped both their relationships and their relationship with money. Serving clients in DC, Maryland, Virginia, and Florida through in-person and telehealth sessions.

MY APPROACH

I integrate psychodynamic psychotherapy with body-centered trauma work (Somatic Experiencing and Sensorimotor Psychotherapy). This means we work with both insight—understanding how your past shaped your present—and nervous system regulation to help your body feel safe enough to heal.
