The program creates welcoming, stigma-free spaces where participants can experience connection, joy, and meaningful engagement while reducing social isolation.

PLEC Memory Café gatherings are intentionally intergenerational and culturally responsive, often hosted in trusted community institutions such as churches. Each session integrates creative arts, music, movement, storytelling, and cognitive engagement activities tailored to varying levels of ability. Caregivers are supported through peer connection, resource sharing, and opportunities for rest and renewal.
