Ilana Sprongl(She/Her)

Ilana Sprongl is an organizational strategist, consultant, author, and leadership coach who works with both people and organizations to make work more effective, sustainable, and human. Through HelpText Consulting, she helps organizations improve the systems behind how work gets done, including governance, business processes, delivery, change, technology, and organizational effectiveness. She also works with individuals who are navigating career transitions, stepping into leadership, building confidence, or trying to find a more meaningful and sustainable way to work. Across both sides of her practice, Ilana is interested in what sits beneath the visible problem: the structures, assumptions, incentives, and patterns that shape how people and organizations behave.
