Jalisa Hardy(She/Her)

Jalisa Hardy is a Trauma of Money Certified Professional, Board Certified Holistic Health Practitioner, Healer, Self-Discovery & Alignment Coach, and Holistic Full-Spectrum Doula who supports individuals in navigating the intersections of healing, identity, money, and major life transitions. Through her holistic approach, Jalisa creates compassionate, judgment-free spaces where people can explore the experiences, beliefs, and patterns that shape how they relate to themselves, their bodies, their money, and their choices. Her work honors the emotional, mental, physical, spiritual, and financial aspects of each person’s journey. As a full-spectrum doula, Jalisa supports clients through pregnancy, birth, pregnancy and infant loss, and the transition into parenthood. She also brings an awareness of how financial experiences, scarcity, inherited beliefs, and money-related stress can influence feelings of safety, self-trust, decision-making, and abundance—especially during major life transitions. Jalisa believes that healing and transformation begin with reconnecting to your own wisdom, honoring your lived experience, and recognizing that you have more agency than you may realize. Her guiding belief is simple: “Whatever you need to truly heal, it’s all in you.”
