Teneisha “Mini” Grimes is a Caribbean Relationship & Financial Well-Being Coach and the creator of Caribbean Brain Rewiring™ (CBR), a coaching methodology that helps Caribbean people recognize and change the survival patterns shaping how they experience their well-being, relationships, and money. Her work explores the ways our financial lives can be influenced by far more than “money mindset”—including family and cultural expectations, generational experiences, relationships, nervous-system responses, access to resources, and the environments and systems we live within. Through CBR, Mini helps clients understand the patterns they learned to survive, recognize how those patterns are showing up in their lives today, and build the capacity to make more intentional choices aligned with who they want to be. Her approach is grounded in the belief that meaningful change requires both personal agency and an honest understanding of the context in which people are making their decisions. With a background in mathematics, analytics and training in trauma-informed relationship coaching, Positive Intelligence, and the Trauma of Money Method™, Mini brings both a deeply human and systems-aware lens to her work. She is particularly interested in helping Caribbean people build healthier relationships with money, expand their capacity for financial well-being, and create lives that are not organized solely around survival.
